The mission of the Facilities Services Unit and Accurate Building Maintenance is to build, modernize, repair, and maintain schools and administrative facilities that support student achievement and employee productivity. We strive to create a collaborative work environment that encourages all of our colleagues to provide conscientious stewardship of our financial resources and physical assets and to deliver services recognized by our customers as excellent.

The WPCSD Facilities Services Unit is encompassed by approximately 2 specialized trade technicians who are responsible for servicing all schools and administrative buildings in the most safe, reliable, efficient and cost effective manner possible. Areas of service include: Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, Flooring and Painting.

The WPCSD in partnership with Accurate Building Maintenance is comprised of 12 custodial technicians, who provide additional support and services to all schools and administrative buildings in the areas of custodial, pest control, and additional floor care services.

Accurate Building Maintenance provides custodial services and support to all WPCSD schools and administrative buildings. WPCSD’s custodial teams are dedicated to providing the highest quality of services in a timely manner. Custodial services include cleaning and stocking of all restrooms, as well as nightly cleaning. Other services provided include setting up and tearing down for special events, receiving/distributing supplies, and assisting with removal of graffiti or other vandalism.
